Subsidiaries

The subsidiary Satpayevsk Mining and Processing Plant LLP was established in 2000 at the Satpaevskoe deposit of ilmenite ores. The creation of a subsidiary company allowed UKTMP JSC to form its raw material base and reduce the share of imported raw materials to 40%.

In 2008, an agreement was signed between UKTMP JSC and the French company AUBERT & DUVAL on the establishment of a joint Kazakh-French venture for the processing of titanium waste - UKAD in Les Ancizes (France). In 2011, the UKAD JV plant was put into commercial operation. Titanium products manufactured at the UKAD JV plant - rods, forgings, sheets and wire.

In September 2014, UKAD JV and the Government of France, represented by the Environment and Energy Management Agency ADEME and the Regional Bank Credit Agricole Centre France, established EcoTitanium in France. The plant of the enterprise for the production of titanium ingots is located in the province of Auvergne (France). On September 15, 2017, the EcoTitanium plant was put into commercial operation.

In 2010, UKTMP JSC and the South Korean company POSCO created a joint venture - POSUK Titanium LLP. In December 2014, the POSUK Titanium LLP plant was put into commercial operation in Ust-Kamenogorsk. 100% of POSUK Titanium LLP products are exported to South Korea.
